By creating a Tamagrow account or using our service you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Tamagrow connects to your Shopify store and YouTube channel to automatically generate, schedule, and publish YouTube Shorts based on your product catalog. The service uses AI to write scripts and produce video content on your behalf.
You remain responsible for all content posted to your YouTube channel through Tamagrow. You must review and approve videos before they are published (unless you enable auto-approve for compliant content).
By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize Tamagrow to upload videos to your channel using the YouTube Data API v3. You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms of Service at all times. Tamagrow is not responsible for content that violates YouTube's policies.
By connecting your Shopify store, you authorize Tamagrow to read your product catalog. We do not modify your store, process orders, or access customer data.
You agree not to use Tamagrow to:
Tamagrow uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate video scripts and metadata. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your brand. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. Tamagrow runs automated compliance checks but these do not substitute for your own review.
You own the content published from your account. By using the service you grant Tamagrow a limited license to process your product data and generate content on your behalf.
Tamagrow is currently in beta. Pricing and subscription terms will be communicated before any charges are applied. We will not charge your payment method without explicit prior notice and consent.
When paid plans are introduced, subscription fees are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Videos already scheduled will post as planned; new generation stops at cancellation.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. On termination all your data is permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will perform well, comply with any particular advertising standard, or be free from errors. We are not liable for YouTube channel strikes, demonetization, or removal of videos posted via Tamagrow.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamagrow's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify active users by email for material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
